7.2 Payment Method References

Where a User selects a payment method — such as an Easypaisa wallet transfer, JazzCash mobile payment, Raast instant transfer, or a bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — limited transaction data is shared with the relevant payment infrastructure as necessary to process the financial transaction. This sharing is limited to what is technically required and does not constitute endorsement of gambling services by those payment providers.

7.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

pk6gam may disclose Personal Data to competent law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies or courts where required to do so by applicable law, valid legal process or a binding regulatory order. Where legally permissible, we will endeavour to notify the User prior to such disclosure.
