For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings ascribed below:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Service. pk6gam strictly prohibits use of the Service by minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process described in Section 4.3.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Service. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pk6gam. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, nor may you allow any third party to access or use your Account credentials.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pk6gam immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk6gam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
pk6gam is required to conduct identity, age and address verification in accordance with applicable AML and KYC obligations. As a Pakistani user, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents via unencrypted email, SMS or third-party messaging applications. Documents must be genuine and unmodified — submission of altered, obscured or falsified documents is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
pk6gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, pk6gam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, recreational and informational purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and browser are compatible with the Service. pk6gam does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
The Service may reference third-party payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context relevant to Pakistani users. Such references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling services by those providers, nor do they imply any partnership, affiliation or approval.
While pk6gam endeavours to ensure that all published content is accurate and current, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information on the platform. pk6gam is not liable for failed transactions caused by the User's payment provider, insufficient funds, incorrect account details, or technical failures outside of pk6gam's direct control. In the event of a disputed transaction, contact support at [email protected] with full transaction details.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed the required KYC verification process and whose Accounts are in good standing. Any active Bonus Funds subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement must satisfy that requirement before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
The name on the withdrawal destination account — whether a bank account, mobile wallet or other payment method — must match the name registered on your pk6gam Account exactly. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the operator's internal review queue, the User's KYC status and the payment method selected. pk6gam makes no guarantees regarding specific withdrawal timelines. The payment method's own processing window applies separately from the operator's approval process.

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated conditions.
pk6gam prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering bonus funds on low-risk or hedged bets to circumvent wagering requirements; collusion between multiple accounts; exploitation of system errors or pricing discrepancies; and use of automated betting tools. Detection of bonus abuse may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and Account suspension.

Promotional figures such as "up to PKR 25,000" are illustrative of maximum entitlement subject to qualifying conditions — they do not represent a guaranteed award.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk6gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data or reputational harm.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Outcomes are determined by chance and past results are not indicative of future performance. pk6gam does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk6gam's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause creates or implies any representation that the Service is lawful under the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of first written notification, either party may escalate the matter through the operator's formal dispute resolution process as stipulated by the applicable licensing authority.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
